This is an operations and delivery role. You will own the day-to-day machinery that keeps product and engineering running — sprint logistics, Jira hygiene, delivery tracking, and cross-team coordination. You are the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks, that everyone knows where things stand, and that the team can stay focused on building.
Sprint & Delivery Operations
• Own sprint planning logistics: capacity tracking, ticket readiness checks, and sprint board hygiene in Jira
• Manage sprint ceremonies (standups, reviews, retrospectives) — prepare agendas, capture action items, track closure
• Monitor delivery against sprint commitments; flag blockers early and escalate where needed
• Maintain sprint velocity data and produce weekly status snapshots for leadership.
Cross-team Coordination
• Act as the central coordination point between product, engineering, QA, and delivery teams
• Track inter-team dependencies and ensure handoffs happen on time
• Follow up on open action items from planning sessions and product reviews
• Maintain a live view of team capacity across active sprints.
Jira & Process Administration
• Maintain Jira boards, project configuration, and workflow states in line with team SOPs
• Ensure tickets are well-formed before sprint entry (description, acceptance criteria, estimates, labels)
• Produce periodic reports — burn-down, cycle time, backlog age — for engineering and product leads
• Support the rollout and adoption of AI tooling in engineering workflows.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
• Triage incoming custom requests and change requests routed from customer success and delivery teams
• Coordinate timelines and expectation-setting for paid custom requests — track and communicate, not negotiate
• Maintain a shared delivery calendar for client-facing milestones and release timelines.
• MBA from a reputed management institution
• 1 – 1.5 years of work experience; strong internship experience in ops, consulting, or tech companies counts
• Genuinely AI-native: comfortable using LLMs as daily tools, not just curious about them
• Proficient in Jira or a comparable project tracking tool
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you will be the person who closes loops
• High ownership mindset: you notice what is falling through the cracks and fix it without being asked
• Available to join immediately or within 30 days.
Good to Have
• Prior exposure to a B2B SaaS or product-led company
• Familiarity with agile/scrum ceremonies and sprint metrics
• Experience using tools like Confluence, Slack, or Notion for team knowledge management
• Comfort having informed conversations with engineers — you do not need to code, but context helps.
