Visual Communication Designer
We're looking for a Visual Communication Designer who can simplify complex ideas through impactful design. You'll work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns, presentations, videos, event assets, and sales collateral that communicate Solvei8's point of view with clarity and impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving communication problems through design.
Job Responsibilities
● Design visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital, print, presentations, events, and sales collateral.
● Create videos, motion graphics, and multimedia content for campaigns, product storytelling, and social media.
● Translate business messaging, operational workflows, and data into clear, engaging visual narratives.
● Maintain and evolve a consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints.
● Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design, video creation, editing, and production.
● Stay updated with emerging design, video, and AI trends, bringing new ideas and workflows into the team.
Job Requirements
● 4–7 years of experience in visual communication, graphic design, or brand design.
● A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, presentations, videos, and digital creatives.
● Ability to articulate design decisions and present creative concepts with clarity, linking visual choices to communication and business objectives.
● Excellent understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
● Expert in leveraging AI-powered creative workflows and continuously exploring new tools to improve ideation, design, video creation, and overall productivity.
● Experience creating videos, motion graphics, and social-first content.
● Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
